George was born on June 17th, 1865 in 3 Hereford St. Bethnal Green, Middlesex.1   George's father was George Cecil and his mother was Mary Ann Laskey.  His paternal grandparents were George Cecil and Elizabeth Grisley.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 71 on March 25th, 1937 in University College Hospital, London.1
