Alice's father was Samuel WIMBUSH and her mother was Alice LONG. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas WIMBUSH and Ann <UNKNOWN>; her maternal grandparents were Robert LONG and Sarah PEARCE. She had three brothers named William, Samuel and Thomas. She was the second oldest of the four children.
