Lillie was born in March 1883 in Atherstone, Warwickshire and her baptism took place on May 6th, 1883 in Parish Church, Atherstone, Warwickshire.1 2  Lillie's father was George HALL and her mother was Margaret Crowley SHILTON.  Her paternal grandparents were George HALL and Catherine LAWRANCE; her maternal grandparents were William Henry SHILTON and Catherine CROWLEY. She had two brothers and four sisters, named William, George, Katherine, Gertrude, Maggie and Mabel.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 68 on October 30th, 1951 in Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset.1
