Thomas was born on December 2nd, 1675 in Charlestown, Suffolk, Massachusetts.1   Thomas' father was Nathaniel Frothingham and his mother was Mary Kettle.  His paternal grandparents were William Frothingham and Anne Kettlell; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Hett and Anna Hett. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Nathaniel, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Joseph, Eliphalet, Abiel, Mary, Mary, Hannah, Abigail and Hannah.  He died at the age of 48 on August 30th, 1724 in Charlestown, Suffolk, Massachusetts.1
