Anthony, known as Tony, was born on January 5th, 1939 in Bromley and his baptism took place on April 23rd, 1939 at St John the Baptist (West Wickham).1 2   Tony's father was Percival Kenneth HEARD and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth DUTCH (Heard).  His paternal grandparents were Frederick Thomas HEARD and Jane Elizabeth LACK; his maternal grandparents were Edwin James DUTCH and Constance Mary HIGGINSON (Dutch). He had a brother named John.  He died  due to Lung Cancer at the age of 57 on November 19th, 1996 at Lee House.  The funeral took place at Colchester Crematorium.  His body disposition was by some other unspecified means in Harwich Harbour.3 4
