Yehuda was born in 1876.  Yehuda's father was Yaakov Zvi Ziffer and his mother was Hannah  Yenta (Anchy) Rosenberg.  His paternal grandparents were Ziffer and <Unknown>. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Mordecai Markus, Shelomo, Yona, Eli, Shalom Yosef, Israel, Klara and Faige.  He died  due to Holocaust.
