Beile was born in 1928.  Beile's father was Chaim  Zvi Schpatz and her mother was Bluma.  Her paternal grandparents were Menachem Mendel Schpatz and Scheindel Yafa Reif. She has two brothers and a sister, named David, Feivel and Zipora.  She is the second oldest of the four children.
