William Arthur Williamson

William Arthur was born in 1875 in Knaresborough North Yorkshire.¹ William Arthur's father is Thomas Williamson and his mother is Mary Jane Garton. His paternal grandfather is James Williamson and his paternal grandmother was Ann Elizabeth (Williamson); his maternal grandparents are Robert Garton and Sarah Rook. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named James Robert, John Thomas, Alfred, Henry, Foster, Edwin Francis, Leonard, Alice Jane and Annie. He is the eighth oldest of the ten children.
