Lydia was born in 1843 in Leeds Yorkshire.1   Lydia's father is William Davidson and her mother is Lydia Suttell. She has eight brothers and two sisters, named William Suttell, James, John, Charles, George, William, George, ???, Elizabeth and Mary.  She is the eighth oldest of the eleven children.
