Frank was born on July 17th, 1893.  Frank's father was Frank Pschirer and his mother was Mary Anna Boehm.  His paternal grandparents were John Pschirer and <Unknown>. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, Florian, Albert, Clement, Katherine, Bertha, Carrie, Mary, Elizabeth and Cecelia.  He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 83 in 1976.
