Mary was born in July 1776 in Barking Essex and her christening took place on July 6th, 1776 at St Margaret's Barking.1   Mary's father was Joseph Thredder and her mother is Mary.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Thredder and Jane Marchant. She had two sisters named Susannah and Jane.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  Mary is no longer alive.
