  he died 1865 so she later went to live with Robert Bones (did not seem to marry him
  since she died as Mary Elizabeth Patch

Emily was born in 1865 in Barking Essex. Emily's father was William Patch (Market Gardener) and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Hart (Ag Labourer). Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Patch (Fisherman) and Mary (widow Williams); her maternal grandparents were William Henry Hart (Ag Labourer) and Ann Lodge (St Pancras SomerT). She had three sisters named Maria, Mary and Alice. She was the youngest of the four children. She had four half-sisters named Sarah, Eliza, Alice and Maria.
