Sarah, known as (called SIMMANS), was born in 1860 in Back Lane Barking and her christening took place at St Margaret's  Church Barking.1   (called SIMMANS)'s father was William (Fisherman) James  Parker (Fisherman) and her mother was Eliza Ann Godfrey.  Her paternal grandfather was William Parker and her paternal grandmother is Ann; her maternal grandparents were William Godfrey (B Barking Fisherman) and Ann Marie Darnell (b Poplar). She had a brother and three sisters, named (called SIMMANS), (called SIMMANS), (called SIMMANS) and (called SIMMANS).  She was the youngest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Francis, William, Ester, Ellen, Georgina, Alice and Thirza.
