Elmira BARNETT

Elmira was born on July 15th, 1815. Elmira's father was Ezekiel BARNETT and her mother was Olive LNU. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James, Irvine Yancy, Asa Franklin, Lucinda, Parry, Elvina, Elizabeth M. and Sarah Ann. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 46 on September 22nd, 1861.

  burial note:
  In Cemeteries of East Lauderdale County, pg. 300, there is a grave for E. White with the dates July 15, 1817 and Sept 22, 1867. Since this old cemetery is located near where Ellmina might have lived it is highly possible that this is her grave. That coupled with the birth and death dates being identical except for the years makes it highly possible.
