Age given as 53 in 1901 census = DoB of 1848 and 64 in 1911 = DoB of 1847.
Death Notes
Probably buried in Ballylintagh graveyard under stone inscribed, "To the memory of the Brewster Family of Dromore". (See explanation of church membership under Mary Brewster.)
Must have died post 1922 when the Griffiths Valuation Revision Books show her acquiring House 2Bc. The Dromore Communicants Roll has her on its 1929 List but her name is then crossed out, which indicates she was alive in 1929 but died sometime thereafter and was crossed off.
Cannot find her death in Fs, FMP or GRONI
General Notes
Living in Dromore in 1901 census.
Becomes tenant of House 2Bc in Dromore in 1922.
Gives herself as single in the 1911 census with no children born living and yet I believe Mary Brewster might be her daughter. The evidence for this is that, while Robert Brewster describes Mary Brewster as his granddaughter in the 1901 census, John Brewster describes her as his niece in the 1911 census, and also family lore, which describes her as the "adopted" daughter of brother and sister, John and Sarah Brewster.
