Jannet Walkinshaw 
Jannet was born in 1838 in St. Quivox.1 2 Jannet's father was John Walkinshaw and her mother was Annie Taylor. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Taylor and Ann Scoffield. She had five brothers and four sisters, named George, Maxwell, Andrew, Barbara, William, Elizabeth, Ann, Helen and Isabella. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.-
