Emma Jane Richmond 
Emma was born in 1868 in Nova Scotia.1 Emma's father was Hugh Richmond and her mother was Susan McMurran. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel Flinn and Mary Shaw. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Samuel, Richard, John, Mary and Maggie. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 2 on May 13th, 1870 in Nova Scotia.
