Susan McMurran

Susan was born in 1829 in Ayr and her baptism took place on June 6th, 1830 in Monkton.^1 2

Susan's father was Samuel Flinn and her mother was Mary Shaw.  Her paternal grandparents were William Flinn and Susan McAllan. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Thomas, Elisabeth, Agnes, Margaret and Mary.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 68 on November 24th, 1897 in Nova Scotia.³
