Bertha May Andrews 
Bertha was born on November 28th, 1885 in Pennsylvania.1 2 Bertha's father was Robert Andrews and her mother was Sarah Wray. Her maternal grandparents were William Wray and Rachel Simpson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Sallie, Walter, Rachel and Mary. She was the youngest of the six children. She died whilst giving birth, puerperal eclampsia, duration 4 months, at the age of 20 on November 27th, 1906 in Pennsylvania. She was buried in Pennsylvania.1 1 - Death Notes
