Peter was born in 1654 in Gravesend, Long Island, New Netherlands, Dutch Colony.  Peter's father was Richard Immigrant Stout and his mother was Penelope VAN PRINCIS??  Kent OR Thompson.  His paternal grandparents were John Staught Stout and Elizabeth Bee; his maternal grandparents were Baron Van Printzen?? Prince and <Unknown>. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, Richard, James, Jonathan, David and Alice.  He was the fifth oldest of the seven children.  He died before April 14th, 1704 in Middletown, Monmouth, New Jersey.
