David was born in 1667 in Middletown, Monmouth, New Jersey.  David's father was Richard Immigrant Stout and his mother was Penelope VAN PRINCIS??  Kent OR Thompson.  His paternal grandparents were John Staught Stout and Elizabeth Bee; his maternal grandparents were Baron Van Printzen?? Prince and <Unknown>. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, Richard, James, Peter, Jonathan and Alice.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1732 in Amwell Township, Hunterdon, New Jersey.
