Susannah Coody Ross

Susannah Coody was born in 1853. Susannah Coody's father was James Ross and her mother was Sarah Mannion. Her paternal grandparents were Chief John Kooweskoowe Ross (Ani'-Tsi'skwa = Bird Clan (Ghi-Goo-ie)) and Quatie (Elizabeth) Hare Hair victim Trail of Tears Brown (Cherokee). She had two brothers named Gilbert Russell and James. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 59 in 1912.
