Allen Ross

Allen was born on December 26th, 1817 in Cherokee Co., AL. Allen's father was Chief John Kooweskoowe Ross (Ani'-Tsi'skwa = Bird Clan (Ghi-Goo-ie)) and his mother was Quatie (Elizabeth) Hare Hair victim Trail of Tears Brown (Cherokee). His paternal grandparents were Daniel Ross and Mary Mollie McDonald (Ani'-Tsi'skwa = Bird Clan (Ghi-Goo-ie)). He had three brothers and a sister, named James, Silas Dinsmore, George Washington and Jane. He had a half-sister named Susan Fatima F. He died at the age of 73 on April 21st, 1891 in Tahlequah, Cherokee, Oklahoma.
