Susannah was born in 1794. Susannah's father was Chief John Headman TRADER Rogers (Cherokee) and his mother was Jennie Due Dewes. His paternal grandparents are Trader Rogers and unk; his maternal grandparents were Robert Due Dewes and Elizabeth Emory (Cherokee). He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, William Charles, Martha, Annie and Tiana Diana Talahina. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Charles, John Hell-Fire Jack, James, AKY U-LU-S-QUA-TO-GU, Nancy and Polly Ann.
