Gilbert Marshall Ralston

Gilbert Marshall was born in 1829 in Whites Creek, Davidson, Tennessee. Gilbert Marshall's father was George Ralston and his mother was Elizabeth Steele Marshall. His maternal grandparents were James Isaac Marshall Sr and Margaret Wilson. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named James Harvey, David Newton, Robert Lock, Alexander Hamilton, William Marshall, John Clinton, George Green, Mary Reid, Martha Catherine, Sarah Ann and Margaret Jane. He died at the age of 38 in 1867.
