David Newton Marshall

David Newton was born in 1820 in Whites Creek, Davidson, Tennessee. David Newton's father was George Ralston and his mother was Elizabeth Steele Marshall. His maternal grandparents were James Isaac Marshall Sr and Margaret Wilson. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named James Harvey, Robert Lock, Alexander Hamilton, William Marshall, John Clinton, Gilbert Marshall, George Green, Mary Reid, Martha Catherine, Sarah Ann and Margaret Jane. He died at the age of 45 in 1865.
