Evan Pugh

Evan was born on July 20th, 1699 in Gwynedd twp., Philadelphia (now Montgomery) Co., PA. Evan's father was Robert Ap Hugh Pugh and his mother was Sarah Evans. His paternal grandparents were Hugh ap Griffith and Mary; his maternal grandparents were Evan Ap Evan Evans and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Sidney, Mary, Ellen, Jane and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died before November 12th, 1771 in Capon Valley, Hampshire Co., VA.
