Elisha Jackson PROFFITT

Elisha Jackson was born on September 26th, 1867. Elisha Jackson's father was Benijah PROFFITT and his mother was Appa Ogle. His paternal grandfather was Andrew Jackson PROFFITT and his paternal grandmother is Celia Betty McMahon; his maternal grandparents were Elisha Ogle and Beda Ogle. He had two brothers named John West and Sanders. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 23 on April 18th, 1891. He was buried in Proffitt's Cemetery in the Glades, Gatlinburg, Sevier County, Tennessee.
