Permelia Ann Marshall

Permelia Ann was born in 1871. Permelia Ann's father was William (Fisher Bill) Marshall and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth (Betty) Hendricks. Her paternal grandparents were John Marshall and Permelia Harter Arter. She had five brothers named Andrew Marshall, Clearn, Cary, Banner and George. She died at the age of 38 in 1909.
