Nettie Oberia was born on March 22nd, 1891 in Obion, TN.  Nettie Oberia's father was Preston Alexander Marshall and her mother was Betty Tom Frost.  Her paternal grandparents were James Alexander Marshall and <Unknown>. She had two brothers and a sister, named Sam Jones, Paul Wade and Donna.  She was the youngest of the four children.
