Mary was born on May 18th, 1791 in Cross Creek Tp, Washington, PA.  Mary's father was Robert Cross Creek Marshall and her mother was Elinor Hayes.  Her paternal grandparents were James Of Drumore  Marshall and Jean Gene Jane poss Lenape Del???; her maternal grandparents were Pvt Thomas Hayes and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, William, Samuel, John Hamilton, Margaret, Elizabeth, Jane, Nancy and Esther.  She was the oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 95 in 1886 in Of Hickory, PA.  She was buried in Mt. Prospect Cem, Hickory, PA.
