Joseph Marshall

Joseph was born in 1762.¹ Joseph's father was Thomas Marshall III and his mother was Margaret Wells. His paternal grandparents were William Marshall II and Mary Griffith; his maternal grandparents were Martin Wells and Jane Unknown. He had five brothers named Martin, William F, Henry, Thomas and Benjamin Franklin. He was the youngest of the six children.¹
