Frank Ross Marshall

Frank Ross was born on December 1st, 1873 in Mt Vernon Ohio. Frank Ross' father was Sheriff William LeGrand Lee Grand of Kingfisher Marshall (to Watonga OK) and his mother was Emma Elizabeth Filson. His paternal grandparents were Robert Marshall and Nancy Ealy Ely; his maternal grandparents were Stephen Filson and Hannah. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert Guy, Stewart Alfred and Edith Dell. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 78 on August 17th, 1952 in Olympia, Washington.
