Cassandra Marshall

Cassandra was born in 1845 in Franklin Township, Des Moines Co., Iowa. Cassandra's father was Oliver Marshall and her mother was Susannah Edgington. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Marshall and Eleanor Ashenhurst; her maternal grandparents were George Edgington and Mary. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William T, Benjamin, John Taylor, Alexander, Silas E, Clarinda, Elizabeth, Melinda Ann and Sarah. She was the sixth oldest of the ten children.
