Benjamin Porter Marshall I

Benjamin Porter was born on September 25th, 1841 in Albemarle Co. , VA. Benjamin Porter's father was George Greenville Marshall and his mother was Frances Jane Marr. His paternal grandparents were Henry Marshall and Eleanor Wood; his maternal grandparents were James Marr and Elizabeth Rucker. He had a brother and two sisters, named Thomas Henry Benton, Mary Susan and Mary Susan. He was the third oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 59 on December 28th, 1900 in Ritchie Co WV.
