Aaron was born on April 5th, 1841 in Accomack Co. VA.  Aaron's father is Aaron Marshall and his mother is Matilda Fisher.  His paternal grandparents are James Marshall and Patience. He has five brothers and two sisters, named Denard, Elisha A, Thomas E, John, James W, Eliza A and Mary Jane.  He is the youngest of the eight children.
