James Marshall Hunter

James Marshall was born on August 12th, 1826 in Whites Creek, Davidson, Tennessee. James Marshall's father was Isaac F Hunter and his mother was Mary Marshall. His paternal grandparents were David Hunter and Sarah Horn; his maternal grandparents were James Isaac Marshall Sr and Margaret Wilson. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Gilbert Marshall, John Gilbert, son, Mary Adeline, Margaret Jane and Elizabeth Ann. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Robert, Joseph Love, Isaac Christopher, Nancy C and Laura Watson. He died at the age of 36 on February 3rd, 1863 in Fort Donelson, TN.
