Joshua Goad

Joshua was born in 1806 in Grayson County, VA. Joshua's father was Spencer Goad and his mother was Patience Dalton. His paternal grandparents were Robert Goad and Isabelle Spencer; his maternal grandparents were William Dalton and Elizabeth Sturman. He had four brothers and a sister, named Isham, Lewis, Robert, Andrew and Sarah. He died at the age of 52 on July 22nd, 1858 in Caroll Co., Virginia.
