Black Beard Cornstalk

Black Beard was born about 1735. Black Beard's father was Chief CORNSTALK Hokolesqua, Colesqua and Keigh-tugh-qua and was freely translated to mean "blade of corn" (Shawnee) and his mother was Ounaconoa. His paternal grandparents were AKULUSSKA and Shawnee Woman. He had three brothers named Black Wolf, John Wolf and Peter. He was the oldest of the four children.
