Gilbert Marshall Cloyd

Gilbert Marshall was born on March 10th, 1800. Gilbert Marshall's father was David Cloyd and his mother was Sarah Marshall. His paternal grandparents were John Bartholomew Cloyd and Margaret Scott; his maternal grandparents were Gilbert poss N Marshall II and Martha Roan ROANOKE??? Rowan. He had four brothers and a sister, named Ezekiel, James Marshall, William Preston, Elizabeth Eliza Jane and Margaret Scott. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 62 in August 1862.
