Alexander Brashears

Alexander was born about 1787 in Pensacola, Spanish Colonial FL. Alexander's father is Samuel Brashears and his mother is Rachel Durante (Creek). His paternal grandfather was Jesse Brashears and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Prather; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Peter Durante and Sophia McGillivray (Creek). He had a brother and a sister, named Samuel and Rachel. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died on April 20th, 1848 in Sumter Co., Alabama.
