Franklin Branscom

Franklin was born on March 14th, 1837. Franklin's father was Harbert Byrd Bird Branscom and his mother was Nancy Dalton. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Branscom and Nancy Jones; his maternal grandparents were Lewis Dalton and Frances Frankey Phillips. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert, Isaac, Ballard Preston and Mary. He is the oldest of the five children.
