Charles Francis or Francis Charles was born in 1754 in Chester Co PA.  Charles Francis or Francis Charles' father was James Charles Boggs and his mother was Margaret Jane Sharpe.  His paternal grandparents were Francis Boggs and <Unknown>. He had two brothers named Ezekiel and Andrew Elliott.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 83 in 1837.
