Samuel Austin

Samuel was born on October 23rd, 1739 in Calvert County, Maryland. Samuel's father was Samuel Austin and his mother was Elizabeth Marshall. His paternal grandparents were Henry Austin and Elizabeth Hilleary; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall and Margaret. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Henry, Thomas, James, William, Elizabeth, Verlinda, Mary, Rebecca, Eleanor (Ellie, Nelly) and Margaret. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 85 on December 24th, 1824 in Clinton Co, Ohio.
