François was born on August 13th, 1796 in Saint-Coulomb, Bretagne, France. François' father was François Pierre NOBLET and his mother was Michelle Julienne HOREL.  His paternal grandparents were Julien NOBLET and Gilette MACE; his maternal grandparents were Pierre HOREL and Julienne GIRARD.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 55 on April 2nd, 1852 in Saint-Coulomb, Bretagne, France.
