François was born on September 25th, 1766 in Saint-Coulomb, Bretagne, France and his christening took place there on September 25th, 1766 conducted by a curate.  His godfather was Pierre HUBY and his godmother was Francoise NOBLET.  François' father was Julien NOBLET and his mother was Gilette MACE. He had two sisters named Jaquette and Jeanne.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 42 on July 11th, 1809 in Saint-Coulomb, Bretagne, France.
