Sir John de la Warre 
Sir John de was born in 1295 in Ewyas Harold, Herefordshire, England. Sir John de's father was Sir John de la Warre and his mother was Joan de Grelle. His paternal grandparents were Sir Roger de la Warre and Clarice De Tregoz. He had a brother and four sisters, named Sir Roger de, Clarice de, Eleanore, Maud De and Catherine De. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 36 on June 24th, 1331 in Wickwar, Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire, England.General Notes

Note: Ancestral Roots names Robert Holand "1st Lord Holand, of Upholland", while MCS states "Sir Robert Holand of West Derby". He was probably of both Upholland and West Derby. Also I don't think that the "la Warre" family had yet taken the name "de la Warre" (of which the state of Delaware is named after). Although their title was named "Lord de la Warre", which I have used in subsequent generations.
Note: Douglas Richardson, in a preview of his forthcoming book, the 3rd edition of Faris' "Plantagenet Ancestry", concurs with BP & AR, in that Margaret was daughter of the Robert, 1st Lord de Holand.
