Alice was born in 1231 in England.1 Alice's father was Gilbert de Sanford and her mother was Loretta la Zouche. Her paternal grandparents were John de Sanford and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Sherriff of Devonshire Roger la Zouche and Margaret de Beaumont. She had a sister named Joan. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 86 on September 7th, 1317 in England.2 -
