Constable of Ghent Henry de Gand 
Henry was born in 1005 in Bourboucy, France.1 Henry's father was Baldwin de Gand and his mother was Liutgard Luxembourg. His maternal grandparents were Siegfried de Luxembourg II and Edith Hedwig de Longwy. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thierry, Dirk III, Siegried, Adalbert, Adelaide, Adele and Hildeburge. He died at the age of 47 in 1052.2 General Notes
