Deborah was born in 1685 in Newport, Newport, Rhode Island.1 Deborah's father was William Weeden and her mother was Sarah Peckham. Her paternal grandparents were William Weeden and Abigail Bailey; her maternal grandparents were John Peckham and Eleanor Weaver. She had a brother and a sister, named John and Mary.
